Fresh. Savory. Bacon-y. Tender. Hearty. Spicy. Sweet. The tastes hit 11, if Spinal Tap's Nigel Tufnel were to report from the VIP suite on GRAMMY night. Food scribes had a preview of the delicacies on Tuesday, touted and hyped as exclusive recipes for the 2015 GRAMMYS by STAPLES Center Executive Chef Joseph Martin. He rolled out presentations like Bacon Caviar Dip with Sweet Potato Chips; Nueske’s Wrapped Jumbo Prawns with peppered grits and Worcestershire sauce; or the California Beet, Red Quinoa & Goat Cheese Salad during behind-the-scenes tasting of the VIP Suite Menu. The 57th Grammy Awards are tonight. LL Cool J will host the show for the 4th consecutive year.
